These terms govern access to Aximary, including the web app, mobile app, voice features, SMS messaging, WhatsApp messaging, and related operator workflows. By using Aximary, you agree to use the service lawfully and to review sensitive actions before they are sent, published, purchased, deleted, or otherwise changed.
Connected Services
Only connect accounts, files, phones, or tools that you are authorized to use. You can revoke access by disconnecting the service or contacting support.
SMS Messaging
By texting Aximary at +1 646-466-7948 or opting in through an Aximary account flow, you agree to receive conversational SMS replies, task updates, support messages, scheduling updates, and approval reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Aximary for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, spam, lending, age-gated, regulated, or high-risk activity without the required authorization and compliance review.
Privacy
